“PCHELIT” is produced from specially developed yeast strain. It is eco-friendly and natural product/ It has high invertase activity. The inversion is performed for 70-90% within 48 hours with low concentrations (400 mg/kg of sugar) of agent and at 20-30°С.
The use of “PCHELIT” leads to the enrichment of invert syrup with amino acids, vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B6, PP), macro-and micronutrients, lipids.
